A Mass Pledge Taking Programme was organised at the College courtyard on 13th
August, 2025 @ 1:30 pm. Dr. VLK Dawngkima, Assistant Professor, Department of
Geography lead the pledge taking programme where all the Students and Staff of the college
gathered and participated at the venue. The programme was hosted in continuation of requests
from District Commissioner, Saitual District on the occasion of 5th Anniversary of the Nasha
Mukt Bharat Abhyaan (NMBA).
Dr. VLK Dawngkima highlighted the evil effects of intoxicating drugs in our society
and personal life and the urgent need to take action against the drugs in short before the pledge
was taken. All the participants took a pledge and promise not to take drugs and committed
themselves to stay away from drugs abuse.
