World Wetlands Day was observed on 23rd January, 2025 at Tamdil lake, with the theme – “Protecting Wetlands for Our Common Future”. The event was jointly organized by Mizoram Pollution Control Board (MPCB) and Eco Club, Govt. Saitual College as part of the Environment Education Programme (EEP) sponsored by the Ministry of Environment, Forest, Climate Change, Govt. of India.
