Govt. Saitual College secured 3rd Place in the painting competition organized by Mizoram State AIDS Control Society (MSACS) for Red Ribbon Clubs of the State.
In this competition, every Red Ribbon Club can submit one painting each to represent their institutions, where the theme should be aligned with the promotion of safe sex and condom use, know your status, get testes, effectiveness of needles & syringes exchange programme in preventing HIV transmission, ending stigma & discrimination and say ‘no’ to HIV/AIDS. The basis for the judgement of the paintings will be on creativity, originality, composition, clarity of themes and overall artistic impression.
In the result declared on 19th Sept. 2025 @ Aijal Club, out of more than forty participants, Dingdi Niangnunhoi (V Semester) could manage to secure the third place that carries a citation and cash award of Rs. 5,000/-.
